Sales Assistant (Auxiliar de ventas)

About the role

RED TALENTO is looking for a Sales Assistant to support its commercial team in daily client interactions and sales processes. The position is based on‑site in Santa Cruz de la Sierra and offers a temporary contract for candidates eager to develop commercial and customer‑service skills.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to customers in person and by phone, addressing inquiries and providing support.
• Register, track, and follow up on orders using internal systems.
• Update product and client information in company databases.
• Assist in organizing the point of sale and maintaining a tidy work environment.
• Prepare basic sales reports and share insights with the team.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to resolve doubts efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales operations, order handling, and commercial administration.
• Studies in administration, marketing, sales or related fields are valued.
• Previous experience in commercial support or retail is a plus.
• Team‑player attitude, organized, and able to work on‑site in Santa Cruz de la Sierra.

Required skills
