About the role

The Ward Law Group is seeking a Remote Personal Injury Client Support Representative to serve as the first point of contact for injured clients. This virtual assistant position operates as an independent contractor, providing essential administrative and communication support to the legal team.

Key responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to the appropriate team member.
• Take and relay messages or transfer calls to voicemail when staff are unavailable.
• Log phone calls and upload related documents into the online document management system.
• Provide clerical support such as faxing, copying, and organizing files.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, responding to inquiries promptly.
• Obtain insurance coverage information and follow up on medical treatment continuity.
• Request and retrieve medical records and billing statements from providers.
• Communicate with insurance companies to coordinate claim information.
