QA Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a QA Engineer passionate about continuous improvement and technical excellence to ensure the quality of our applications through modern testing and automation practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and maintain test plans and scenarios for software applications and systems.
• Perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality and detect defects promptly.
• Identify, document and track incidents in coordination with development teams.
• Implement and manage test automation frameworks.
• Validate user stories and functional requirements with Product Owners and agile teams.
• Analyze test results and generate quality reports.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospectives).
• Promote quality best practices and continuous improvement within the development cycle.
• Contribute to testing process optimization and validation time reduction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
• 5 years of experience in QA/QC or software testing positions.
• Experience with manual and automated testing.
• Experience working in agile environments (desired).
• Basic to intermediate technical English.
• ISTQB certification (desired).
