Project Manager (Remote – Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a remote Project Manager to join its growing software consultancy team serving clients across the United States and Latin America. The role will support the delivery of high‑quality applications by coordinating Agile projects, aligning schedules with business strategy, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and apply Agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define project goals, objectives, and schedules that match the company’s business strategy.
• Allocate and manage resources to meet project milestones.
• Develop, track, and document all project artefacts, including scope, timeline, and deliverables.
• Establish and monitor project budgets, adjusting plans as resource needs evolve.
• Communicate project quality metrics and progress to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Scrum events and managing projects in an Agile environment.
• Strong ability to align project plans with business objectives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
