Project Manager – Remote, Latin America

Key responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and apply Agile methodologies to drive project delivery.
• Develop project goals, objectives, and schedules aligned with business strategy.
• Assign and manage resources to ensure project milestones are met.
• Track, document, and report all aspects of project progress.
• Define project budgets, monitor expenditures, and adjust plans as resource needs evolve.
• Communicate quality metrics and progress updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with Agile frameworks and leading Scrum teams.
• Strong ability to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Experience in resource allocation and budget management.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely.
