Project Manager (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a remote Project Manager to lead and deliver high-quality software projects for clients across Latin America. The role involves coordinating Agile teams, managing project scope, budget and timelines, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and apply Agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project goals, objectives, and schedules aligned with business strategy.
• Assign and manage resources to meet project milestones.
• Track, document and report all project aspects, including quality and progress metrics.
• Define and monitor project budgets, adjusting plans as resource needs evolve.
• Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong ability to define project scope, schedule and budget.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
