Principal Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Coforge is seeking a Principal Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications for enterprise SaaS customers. The role combines deep technical expertise with a focus on security, performance, and modern AI‑assisted development practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain web applications using C#, SQL Server, Angular, and the .NET ecosystem.
• Resolve compliance and security issues identified through AI‑powered analysis.
• Contribute to architecture and design decisions, including security risk mitigation.
• Design and optimise relational databases, stored procedures, and performance‑sensitive SQL queries.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance.
• Collaborate across teams in a Shift‑Left development environment.
• Leverage AI‑powered development tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code) to improve efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional experience building web applications with C#, SQL, and Angular.
• Strong knowledge of the .NET ecosystem, MS SQL Server indexing and query optimisation.
• Experience with unit/integration testing and performance optimisation.
• Clear, confident English communication (written and verbal).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
