About the role

PWC is looking for a Deals intern to join its Experience Consulting team in La Paz. The role supports clients in improving both customer and employee experiences by analysing needs, designing strategies and delivering actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and current experience touch‑points.
• Develop and implement experience improvement strategies.
• Provide clear recommendations to create memorable, impactful experiences.
• Collaborate with senior consultants on a variety of assignments.
• Gather data from multiple sources to identify patterns and insights.
