About the role

We are looking for an Omnichannel Web Administrator to manage all technical and operational aspects of our e‑commerce sites across multiple brands and channels. The role ensures that product catalogs, images, pricing, and promotional content are accurate, up‑to‑date, and aligned with our digital growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison with Digital Growth, Marketing and Commercial teams to generate and publish website content.
• Maintain product catalogs, image libraries, price structures, inventory data and graphic assets on all company websites.
• Provide operational support for digital campaigns, launches and events to ensure timely publication.
• Coordinate technical, operational and functional tasks so that offers and product details are consistently available.
• Oversee brand image handling on e‑commerce platforms and monitor stock information.
• Measure and control budgets for web‑related services and report incidents or risks affecting availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering or Commercial Engineering.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar e‑commerce web administration role.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Familiarity with company products, brands and sales performance indicators.
• Experience with CRM and other digital platforms.
• Proficiency in English.
