About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Medical Receptionist to join a dermatology clinic. The role involves greeting patients, managing appointments, and supporting the front‑desk operations in a professional and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a warm and courteous first impression.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments according to the clinic’s needs.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and in‑person inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage paperwork with excellent spelling and attention to detail.
• Utilize office software to organize files, process payments, and generate reports.
• Assist with basic social‑media updates if required.

Required profile

• Punctual, responsible, and highly organized.
• Strong written communication skills with excellent orthography.
• Service‑oriented attitude and a warm approach to patient care.
• Optional: Basic knowledge of social‑media platforms.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar office tools.
• Basic familiarity with social‑media platforms (optional).
