Marketing Director

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, results‑driven Marketing Director to lead the marketing function for Nexus Patio Tech and its business units. The role will shape positioning, acquisition and demand‑generation strategies while working closely with leadership, sales, product and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute an integrated marketing and growth strategy.
• Develop brand positioning and value propositions across all product lines.
• Generate B2B leads and commercial opportunities.
• Own acquisition, performance marketing and growth initiatives.
• Lead digital campaigns, content creation, social media, email marketing and branding efforts.
• Measure and optimize CAC, CPL, conversion rates, ROI/ROAS and other key marketing KPIs.
• Identify new market opportunities and emerging trends.
• Expand presence in Latin America and the United States.
• Coordinate agencies, vendors and the internal marketing team.
• Partner with sales to turn marketing activities into pipeline and revenue.
• Craft communication strategies for customers, partners and investors.
• Oversee product launches, events and brand‑positioning actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading marketing teams or strategies.
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on approach.
• Background in B2B technology, SaaS, marketplaces, logistics, delivery or startups (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong analytical orientation with a focus on metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Business‑leader attitude, understanding the impact of marketing on sales and growth.
