Leads Management Intern (Community Manager)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organized intern to join our team as a Leads Management Intern. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, handling leads generated through our social media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to messages and inquiries on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp.
• Identify, filter and qualify leads with commercial potential.
• Record and organize contact information in our CRM system.
• Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
• Conduct initial follow‑up with interested prospects.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Administration, Communication or a related field.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented attitude and interest in sales and customer service.

Required skills

• Basic use of a CRM platform.
