About the role

As an IT Project Manager at BairesDev, you will lead medium to large‑scale technology projects, primarily focused on staff augmentation and software delivery. Working fully remote, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure smooth execution, and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Execute strategic technology plans to support organizational effectiveness.
• Organize, monitor, and report on project outcomes while coaching team members.
• Foster reliable communication, develop team relationships, and identify growth opportunities for staff retention.
• Evaluate billable utilization, support capacity planning, and contribute to project profitability forecasting.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities with existing clients.
• Support IT strategies by assessing outcomes, trends, and requirements.
• Assist financial objectives through forecasting, expense management, and variance analysis.
• Implement and follow organizational quality standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in engineering management or related roles.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Client‑focused mindset with a positive professional demeanor.
• Experience in financial management and budget oversight.
• People‑management experience, including performance planning and team development.
• Advanced level of English.
