Intake Case Manager

About the role

The Ward Law Group is looking for an experienced Intake Case Manager to join its Personal Injury team. In this role you will guide new clients through the early stages of their claim, ensuring they receive compassionate support while helping move cases efficiently toward resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high‑volume caseload of personal injury clients from intake through case progression.
• Apply knowledge of bodily injury claims and pre‑litigation case management processes.
• Identify cases eligible for Full Demand, Quick Demand, or Global Demand and forward them to the appropriate department.
• Review and submit potential production cases for attorney evaluation.
• Qualify clients for Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefits.
• Assist clients with property‑damage matters, including loss‑of‑use issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in personal injury intake or a similar legal environment.
• Excellent client communication skills and a client‑focused attitude.
• Ability to manage a high‑volume caseload in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Knowledge of personal injury law and claim assessment.
• Familiarity with case management and pre‑litigation processes.
