About the role

The Order Manager will join the Marketing team in Cochabamba, handling digital and telephone orders from receipt to delivery. The role ensures efficient, courteous service that enhances the customer experience and supports marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and classify orders arriving via WhatsApp Business and social media, verifying city, channel, and order type.
• Route each order to the appropriate branch and confirm receipt.
• Actively follow up until order preparation and delivery, documenting delays or incidents.
• Record orders in a digital spreadsheet and maintain daily traceability.
• Answer customer inquiries about products, prices, and availability with a professional and friendly tone.
• Conduct post‑sale follow‑up and relay feedback to the marketing department.
• Coordinate high‑volume, corporate, or institutional orders with other areas.
• Strengthen service during campaigns and peak‑demand periods.

Required profile

• Technical or university degree in Marketing, Logistics, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or order management.
• Excellent spelling, clear and concise writing.
• Ability to work under pressure, negotiate, and maintain empathy with customers.
