Full Stack Laravel & React Developer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a Full Stack Laravel & React Developer to join its rapidly expanding team. The role is fully remote, serving clients across Latin America, and offers the chance to work on challenging, high‑impact projects in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Laravel (v8+) backend services and APIs.
• Build responsive front‑end interfaces using React (and optionally Vue.js or Livewire).
• Integrate front‑end and back‑end using Inertia.js.
• Write automated tests with Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, and Playwright.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions on time.
• Participate in code reviews, ensure code quality, and continuously improve development processes.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with Laravel 8 or newer.
• Strong knowledge of Eloquent ORM, Laravel authentication, and query builder.
• Hands‑on experience with testing tools such as Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, and Playwright.
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and using Inertia.js.
• Experience with front‑end development in React (Vue.js or Livewire a plus).
• Detail‑oriented, proactive attitude and ability to take ownership of work.
