Full Stack Developer

About the role

Vemper Games is building a digital platform for games, creators and developers across Latin America. We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development and scaling of our web platforms, based in Santa Cruz de la Sierra.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain modular, scalable web architectures for both frontend and backend.
• Develop and integrate RESTful, GraphQL or webhook APIs for payment gateways, third‑party services and real‑time catalog systems.
• Create dynamic, responsive, high‑performance user interfaces focused on e‑commerce and transactional flows.
• Design and optimise relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and non‑relational database schemas.
• Configure Docker containers and support continuous deployment pipelines (CI/CD) on VPS or cloud environments.
• Apply clean‑code principles, clean architecture patterns and OWASP Top 10 security standards.
• Collaborate in Scrum sprints, conduct code reviews and deliver product‑focused increments.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Residence in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React.js or Next.js) and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Solid backend experience with NestJS/Node.js.NET Core or comparable frameworks.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, MySQL or SQL Server and ORM usage.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Git, Docker, GitHub Actions and Linux/VPS deployment.
• Understanding of secure authentication (JWT/OAuth) and endpoint validation.
