ERP Project Manager – Odoo Migration

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead a high‑impact migration and implementation project, consolidating several small and medium‑size ERP systems into a unified Odoo platform. The role involves guiding multidisciplinary teams, ensuring timelines, managing risks, and facilitating clear communication between technical and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all phases of the ERP migration project.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Manage project risks, schedules, and stakeholder expectations.
• Act as the primary communication bridge between business units and the technical team.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of project deliverables at each stage.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading ERP implementation or migration projects (experience with Odoo is a plus but not mandatory).
• Strong grasp of Agile project management practices.
• Technical background sufficient to understand architecture and integration processes.
• Effective leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Clear and concise communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced English proficiency.
