About the role

Nexora is looking for a Commercial Executive to join its team in Santa Cruz. The role focuses on consultative selling and managing client relationships through a CRM system. The successful candidate will contribute to business growth by leveraging an active professional network.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Use the company’s CRM platform to record interactions, track opportunities, and maintain up‑to‑date client data.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Required profile

• Degree in Commercial Engineering, Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in consultative sales and CRM usage.
• Strong self‑management and strategic thinking abilities.
• An active professional network in the business community.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
