About the role

We are seeking a passionate Commercial Executive to drive the adoption of solar energy solutions for residential customers and small‑medium enterprises in Bolivia. The role involves promoting, advising and selling solar power systems, contributing to the country’s energy transition and sustainable development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential residential and SME clients interested in solar installations.
• Provide technical and financial advice to customers, explaining the benefits and ROI of solar solutions.
• Prepare and present customized proposals, negotiate terms and close sales.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay updated on renewable‑energy market trends and regulatory changes in Bolivia.

Required profile

• Strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in the energy sector.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
