About the role

The Commercial and Customer Service Executive will ensure excellent service for corporate clients and actively support the commercial operations of 369, a leading institutional OTC provider in Bolivia. The role combines client assistance, sales support, and coordination with internal teams to deliver a professional, agile, and reliable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and follow up on inquiries from corporate clients such as importers, exporters, and industrial companies.
• Provide clear, professional support throughout operational processes, addressing client questions.
• Assist the sales team in prospecting, tracking, and closing new B2B accounts.
• Coordinate with operations and compliance departments to ensure fast and secure processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in CRM or other internal tools.
• Contribute to client loyalty and satisfaction across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in B2B customer service or sales.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Interest or prior knowledge of digital assets, USDT, and financial markets (preferred but not mandatory).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools or related technologies.
