Ecommerce Bookkeeper – Part-time

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Ecommerce Bookkeeper to support a holding company that manages multiple stock and membership interests. The role is part‑time, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to work remotely while handling the financial backbone of several ecommerce entities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile the books for multiple holdings.
• Close the books on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Manage inventory records and track stock movements.
• Prepare sales forecasts to aid strategic planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling bookkeeping for multiple holdings.
• Demonstrated ability to close books monthly.
• Experience with inventory management and sales forecasting.
• Background in ecommerce accounting.
• Fluent English (C2 level) and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
