Dispatch Coordinator – HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical & Plumbing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to oversee the scheduling and dispatch of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing technicians using Fusion software. The role requires fast‑paced coordination of both emergency and preventive service calls, ensuring timely completion and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch technicians across HVAC, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing trades using Fusion.
• Schedule emergency service calls and routine preventive maintenance visits.
• Monitor technician routes, job progress and overall scheduling efficiency.
• Update work orders, job statuses and customer records in real time.
• Communicate appointment details and service updates to customers.
• Collaborate with field technicians to ensure timely job completion.
• Prioritize urgent requests while maintaining smooth daily operations.
• Support 24/7 service coverage by managing after‑hours and emergency dispatch needs.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience using Fusion dispatch software.
• Experience coordinating residential and commercial service projects.
• Previous dispatch experience in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical or similar field service industries.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 service environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
