Delivery Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a remote Delivery Manager to lead a large, distributed team of Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Software Engineers serving more than 30 US‑based clients. You will be responsible for ensuring delivery excellence across multiple projects and fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and guide a team of 5‑10 Project Managers, ensuring adherence to processes and high‑quality teamwork.
• Own P&L responsibility for the delivery area.
• Maintain clear, professional communication between Project Managers and clients.
• Escalate HR‑related topics to the HR Business Partner as needed.
• Present complex issues to Account Managers and support resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the IT/Tech industry.
• Proven experience leading a team of Project Managers.
• Advanced level of English.
