About the role

The Content Creator will join Baby Corp. Bolivia’s marketing team in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. Working full‑time on‑site, you will craft engaging copy and visual assets that showcase the company’s baby products and services across social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with brand strategy.
• Write and adapt copy for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
• Coordinate photo‑ and video‑shoots, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to keep messaging consistent with the company’s identity.
• Monitor basic performance metrics and suggest improvements to boost interaction and brand awareness.

Required profile

• Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities.
• Basic experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Ability to work in a team, meet deadlines and communicate clearly across departments.
• Relevant education in communication, marketing, design or a related field is a plus.

• Canva for graphic creation.
• Basic Photoshop proficiency.
• Fundamental video‑editing applications.
