Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

Join a global technology leader as a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent, handling international travel arrangements for clients and employees. You will work remotely, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to ensure seamless travel experiences across multiple time zones and cultures.

Key responsibilities

• Research, book, and coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, car hire, meals, health insurance, and related services according to budget and requirements.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing travel processes, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and propose efficiency improvements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of passport, visa, and travel regulations for various destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate relocation services, working with agencies or government officials as needed.
• Document and continuously improve travel and mobility procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Strong command of English.
