Coordinador(a) de Marketing

About the role

RE/MAX Emporio is looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to lead its internal marketing team, strengthen the brand, and drive growth for its real‑estate agents. You will work closely with management and the commercial team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the internal marketing team, including a Content Creator and a Marketing Assistant.
• Plan, execute, and monitor the annual marketing plan and related timelines.
• Design and manage training schedules for real‑estate agents, handling content, facilitators, dates, and execution.
• Develop and implement recruitment‑focused marketing strategies to attract new agents.
• Organize corporate meetings, events, trainings, and loyalty activities, ensuring proper planning and follow‑up.
• Supervise social‑media strategy and the use of digital and design tools.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads.
• Analyze marketing results and propose improvements to increase impact.
• Collaborate with management and the sales team to ensure alignment with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in similar roles, with proven leadership of marketing teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial vision, creativity, initiative, and results‑orientation.
• Experience in social media, digital advertising, and campaign management.
• High organizational, planning, and follow‑up capabilities.
