About the role

The Junior Account Coordinator will support daily management of client accounts at a digital marketing agency. Working on‑site in Santa Cruz, you will act as the link between clients and internal creative and media teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and track task progress with creative and media teams.
• Maintain regular, clear communication with clients, providing updates and basic performance reports.
• Prepare simple campaign result reports and assist in proposing new digital actions.
• Organise meetings, gather client information, and record account requirements.
• Support the team with administrative tasks related to account management.

Required profile

• Interest or experience in account management and customer service within a digital marketing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, focused on achieving client objectives.
• Analytical mindset to interpret basic campaign data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Relevant education in marketing, communication, advertising or related fields.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive and eager to learn and grow.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
