Commis de Cuisine (CDI) – 2100€ brut/month

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant (Commis de Cuisine) to join the catering team of LNA Santé, a healthcare provider. The position is a permanent full‑time contract (CDI) with a monthly gross salary of €2,100. You will work on‑site in the hospital kitchen, supporting the preparation and service of meals for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Chef and kitchen staff in preparing, cooking, and plating meals according to the daily menu.
• Maintain hygiene standards and ensure traceability of food products.
• Participate in the cleaning and organization of workstations and equipment.
• Support the plating and portioning of dishes for both lunch and dinner services.
• Follow safety and HACCP procedures at all times.

Required profile

• CAP Cuisine or equivalent culinary qualification.
• HACCP training is desirable.
• Enthusiasm for serving patients and willingness to work in a healthcare environment.
• New graduates are welcome.
• Open to candidates with disabilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP food‑safety principles.
