Business Analyst – ERP Implementation

About the role

Plan A Technologies is looking for a Business Analyst to align business operations with technical execution for a major ERP implementation. The role will map current and future‑state processes across finance, supply chain, procurement, quality, IT and other teams, build comprehensive end‑to‑end test scripts, and create clear end‑user documentation to ensure successful system adoption and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate working sessions with multiple business teams and document current‑state (AS‑IS) processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for standardisation.
• Develop future‑state (TO‑BE) process maps aligned with the selected ERP solution and maintain requirements throughout the project.
• Review, modify and expand vendor test scripts, create additional business‑process test scenarios, and support system integration, user acceptance and validation testing.
• Produce step‑by‑step work instructions, screenshots and quick‑reference guides that reflect approved processes and configured ERP functionality.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on ERP implementations.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to drive initiatives forward.
