About the role

Our client connects patients with registered dietitians for medical nutrition therapy. They are seeking a bilingual Appointment Setter to manage scheduling and onboarding, providing front‑office support to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and manage patient appointments.
• Assist patients with onboarding to the virtual consultation platform.
• Support patient intake and verify information.
• Communicate with patients via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a medical office, healthcare administration, or similar environment.
• Fluent in English (bilingual preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work a full‑time schedule.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
