Arquitecto Junior de Soluciones Blockchain

About the role

We are a Bolivian fintech building regulated blockchain and digital‑asset products. As a Junior Blockchain Solutions Architect you will move from pure development to designing how our solutions are built, working with a small, distributed technical team that uses AI‑assisted development daily.

Key responsibilities

• Define the overall architecture of blockchain‑related solutions, selecting technology stacks, designing services, data models and integration contracts.
• Create and maintain architectural artifacts such as C4 diagrams, ADRs and API specifications.
• Assess technical feasibility and cost early in the product design phase.
• Provide technical leadership to developers through code reviews, standards enforcement and troubleshooting.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into concrete technical decisions and communicate them to management.
• Ensure security, traceability and auditability in a supervised financial environment.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of software development experience, with a portion spent making architectural decisions.
• Solid backend background (Go, Node/TypeScript, Python, Java or .NET) and real understanding of distributed systems, queues, concurrency and data consistency.
• Experience designing REST APIs and relational database schemas, including indexing and performance tuning.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS and containerisation (Docker); infrastructure‑as‑code is a plus.
• Daily use of AI‑assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, Cursor).
• Clear written communication, autonomy and the ability to explain technical trade‑offs in terms of cost, risk and time.
• Willingness to learn Bolivian financial regulations and blockchain concepts.
