Arquitecto BIM Revit – Proyectos de ejecución

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Architect specialized in Revit to lead residential new‑building projects from basic design through detailed execution. The role requires strong technical autonomy, rigorous documentation, and the ability to anticipate construction issues.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare basic design and detailed execution project documentation.
• Model architectural elements and produce construction documentation using Revit.
• Develop detailed constructive details and BIM families.
• Perform architectural quantity take‑offs and measurements.
• Support cost estimating and budgeting for construction works.
• Conduct technical reviews of documentation before construction starts.
• Coordinate with structural and MEP teams.
• Detect and resolve errors, inconsistencies, or constructability problems early.
• Ensure documentation complies with technical, normative, and construction standards.

Required profile

• Qualified architect with proven experience in new residential construction.
• Hands‑on experience in execution‑phase projects.
• Strong understanding of construction systems and on‑site processes.
• Ability to work independently, precisely, and in an organized manner.
• Excellent comprehension of technical instructions and flexibility to adapt solutions.
• Proactive mindset for error detection before construction.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit for BIM modeling and documentation.
• Experience with CYPE tools (Arquímedes, Generador de precios, CYPECAD, CYPE MEP, CYPE Instalaciones) – valued.
• Familiarity with budgeting software such as Presto – valued.
• Creation of BIM families, templates, and advanced Revit documentation.
