3D Engineer – Remote (Real‑time Graphics & Shaders)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled 3D Engineer to join our remote team. You will focus on graphics rendering, creating high‑performance shaders and real‑time graphics pipelines for a variety of hardware platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement real‑time graphics rendering pipelines to achieve high‑fidelity visual results.
• Develop and optimise complex shaders for multiple platforms.
• Leverage modern graphics APIs (Vulkan, DirectX, Metal, OpenGL) to maximise system performance.
• Deep‑dive into GPU architectures to apply low‑level optimisations and improve frame rates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate advanced 3D features into core products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve rendering bottlenecks while maintaining high‑performance standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on graphics rendering or GPU programming.
• Proven expertise in real‑time graphics pipelines and shader programming using GLSL, HLSL, or MSL.
• Proficiency with modern graphics APIs such as Vulkan, DirectX, Metal, or OpenGL.
• Deep understanding of GPU architecture and low‑level optimisation techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in C++ for high‑performance systems.
• Advanced English communication skills.
