Utility Interconnections Data Entry Specialist

About the role

Our client is looking for a Utility Interconnections Data Entry Specialist to support multiple utility provider portals. The position focuses on accurate data entry and document uploads across two key project stages: conditional approval and post‑installation agreement.

Key responsibilities

• Enter project information into five to six different utility company portals.
• Complete the conditional approval process by inputting project details (approximately 15–30 minutes per project).
• After construction, upload additional data and required documents for the post‑installation agreement (approximately 40 minutes per project).
• Maintain organized digital records of all submissions and ensure entries are accurate for timely approval.

Required profile

• No prior background experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort working independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Experience with data entry in CRM or portal‑based systems (preferred).
