About the role

This position focuses on entering project data and uploading documents across several utility provider portals. The work supports both the conditional approval stage and the post‑installation agreement stage of utility interconnection projects.

Key responsibilities

Enter project information into five to six different utility portals, typically 15–30 minutes per project for conditional approval.
After construction, upload additional data and required documents for the post‑installation agreement, averaging about 40 minutes per project.
Verify that all entries are accurate and complete to facilitate timely approvals.
Maintain organized digital records of all submissions.

Required profile

No prior background experience required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
Basic computer literacy and comfort working independently.
