Utility Interconnections Data Entry Specialist

About the role

Our client is looking for a Utility Interconnections Data Entry Specialist to support multiple utility provider portals. The position is fully remote and focuses on entering project information and uploading documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Enter project data into five to six different utility company portals.
• Complete the conditional approval stage by inputting project details (approximately 15‑30 minutes per project).
• After construction, upload additional data and required documents for the post‑installation agreement (about 40 minutes per project).
• Verify the accuracy of all entries to ensure timely approvals.
• Maintain organized digital records of all submissions.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow structured processes and work independently.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with repetitive data‑entry tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Experience navigating online portals or CRM systems.
• Data‑entry accuracy.
