About the role

As the Engineering Lead for Automation and System Integrations, you will design, lead, and oversee end‑to‑end automation solutions that connect strategy, operations, and technology. The role is full‑time, hybrid, based in Santa Cruz de la Sierra with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement automation architectures that link business processes, data, and external services.
• Coordinate technical and business teams, prioritising initiatives with product, operations and data owners.
• Analyse processes, identify automation opportunities, and create logical flows and technical standards.
• Ensure solution quality, maintainability and compliance through rigorous code reviews and testing.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of internal frameworks and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of software development experience, with proven leadership of small to medium development teams.
• Strong background in backend development, business logic, APIs, webhooks and external service integrations.
• Hands‑on ability to review code, detect design issues and enforce clear QA criteria.
• Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into executable technical solutions.
