Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager will be the engine of daily operations, ensuring the team stays focused, shelves are stocked, the store is orderly, and commercial targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the operational and commercial floor team.
• Monitor sales goals and performance indicators.
• Control inventory, manage replenishment and guarantee product availability.
• Oversee pricing, product display, aisle organization and presentation.
• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly.
• Maintain store cleanliness, orderliness and overall functionality.
• Provide close customer service and create a shopping experience that drives results.

Required profile

• Degree in Administration, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams, preferably in retail, mass‑consumer or high‑operation businesses.
• Strong commercial orientation and passion for achieving objectives.
• Experience in inventory control, replenishment, pricing and store operations.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, physically active environment with permanent floor presence.
• Proficiency with Office tools and management indicators.
• Experience in hardware, construction, industry or related sectors is a plus.
