Senior UI/UX Designer (Enterprise Products)

About the role

You will lead the end‑to‑end design of complex enterprise applications, turning research insights into intuitive, user‑centered digital experiences. This 6‑month temporary contract offers the chance to shape AI‑enabled, workflow‑heavy SaaS products while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full UX/UI design process from discovery to high‑fidelity prototypes and engineering handoff.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and workflow analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Define scalable interaction patterns and design systems for workflow‑driven applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Provide detailed engineering handoffs and support implementation through design QA.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and testing results.
• Contribute to the design of modern, AI‑enabled enterprise experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a design‑related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of experience designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or complex digital products.
• Proven ability to independently lead end‑to‑end UX/UI projects.
• Upper‑Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including prototyping, component libraries, and design systems.
• Strong expertise in information architecture, interaction design, user flows, and wireframing.
• Experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing.
• Understanding of front‑end implementation principles such as HTML, CSS, and component‑based development.
