Senior Data Engineer – Databricks & AI/ML (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

FullStack is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers, engineers, data scientists and ML engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and platforms using Databricks.
• Support AI/ML workflows by preparing, transforming, and feature‑engineering data for model training.
• Build, optimize, and monitor ETL/ELT processes on cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Implement data quality, performance, and reliability checks, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional data engineering experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year degree.
• Hands‑on experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, and Spark.
• Proven ability to work with large, complex systems and take extreme ownership.
• Strong problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced, remote setting.
