Senior AI-Native Engineering Lead (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is seeking a Senior AI‑Native Engineering Lead to join client teams remotely across Latin America. You will work side‑by‑side with designers and engineers, driving AI‑first development practices from planning through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate into client engineering teams and collaborate daily with designers and developers.
• Define and enforce AI‑native software architecture, engineering standards, and code quality.
• Implement AI‑enhanced SDLC using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
• Embed AI throughout the development lifecycle, including planning, implementation, testing, code review, and documentation.
• Lead the design and delivery of large‑scale production systems that leverage LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration, and prompt engineering.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven track record architecting and delivering large, complex production systems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required skills

• Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot (or similar AI coding assistants).
• LLMs, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), agent orchestration, prompt engineering.
• Node.js, React, Next.js, TypeScript.
• Python (or comparable backend language).
• Cloud‑native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing.
• GitHub workflows, Docker, integration testing.
• AWS, Grafana, Sentry, Vercel, Render.
