About the role

Our client, a specialist in appliance maintenance and repair, is looking for a proactive Dispatcher to join their remote team. You will handle inbound calls and coordinate technician appointments, ensuring smooth service delivery.

Key responsibilities

Answer phone calls and provide customer support.
Schedule technicians for appointments efficiently.
Maintain organized records and scheduling systems.
Communicate effectively with both customers and technicians.

Required profile

Experience in a customer service or dispatch role.
Proficiency in using scheduling software.
Ability to work comfortably in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong organizational skills.
