About the role

We are seeking a professional, customer‑focused Representative to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience across multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and other channels.
• Provide accurate details about products, services, and internal processes.

• Maintain precise records of all interactions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, support, or a call‑center environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
