QA/QC Engineer – Civil, Electrical & MEP (UAE Projects)

About the role

We are looking for experienced QA/QC Engineers specialized in Civil, Electrical or MEP disciplines to support quality assurance and control on major construction projects in the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspections and testing activities on site.
• Review material approvals and inspection requests.
• Monitor and update Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including direct site work.
• Proven experience with QA/QC inspections and documentation.
• Knowledge of ITPs and quality control procedures.

Required skills

• Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) implementation.
• Non‑Conformance Report (NCR) management.
• QA/QC inspection techniques.
• Construction documentation handling.
