Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join client teams remotely across Latin America. You will work alongside designers and engineers to deliver end‑to‑end solutions on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and implement solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Design, configure, and deploy the Treasury Automation Suite (TAS) within D365 Finance.
• Integrate banking and payment technologies with D365.
• Use Azure DevOps for ALM, CI/CD, deployment, and code management.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement of the solution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience as a Senior D365 Developer or Technical Architect.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to solve complex issues.

Required skills

• X++ programming language.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O).
• Treasury Automation Suite (TAS) implementation.
• Banking & payment integration technologies.
• Azure DevOps for ALM, CI/CD, and task management.
• Deep understanding of D365 architecture, modules, integration frameworks, and APIs.
• Agile/Scrum methodology.
