Gerente de Zona – Cochabamba

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Zone Manager to lead our commercial activities in Cochabamba. The role combines field sales, team leadership, and strategic execution to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the zone’s sales advisors, providing guidance and performance monitoring.
• Implement commercial strategies through field visits, meetings, and direct engagement with advisors.
• Track key performance indicators, identify growth opportunities, and define improvement actions.
• Ensure achievement of sales and collection targets for the zone.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in commercial roles, specifically field sales and team leadership.
• Technical or university degree in Commercial Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Own vehicle with a valid driver’s license and a personal laptop.
