About the role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to manage the complete sales cycle for collaborative surface solutions at TRAZÁ. The role is based in Santa Cruz, Bolivia and involves prospecting new clients, presenting products, preparing proposals and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers in the Santa Cruz region.
• Present and demonstrate collaborative surface solutions to clients.
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate terms.
• Follow up on opportunities and manage the sales pipeline until closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper project implementation.
• Provide ongoing advice and training to customers to maximise product usage.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with the ability to build trust.
• Proven experience in sales, including prospecting, negotiation, closing and key‑account follow‑up.
• Ability to train customers and internal teams on collaborative surface solutions.
• Education in marketing, business administration, communication or related fields.
• Proactive, result‑oriented and able to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• CRM systems.
