Ecommerce Paid Media Manager (Full Funnel)

About the role

Veta Virtual is seeking a senior Ecommerce Paid Media Manager to lead a full‑funnel growth engine for a high‑growth jewelry and retail brand. This remote position combines paid advertising with email and SMS marketing, treating both channels as a single, performance‑driven function.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads across prospecting, retargeting and retention.
• Manage seven‑figure annual Meta ad spend, handling bidding, audience segmentation and creative testing.
• Track and reconcile omnichannel ROAS, integrating in‑store and online sales data.
• Own paid‑media reporting using Triple Whale, Northbeam or similar attribution tools and deliver actionable insights.
• Brief and collaborate on creative assets, using Canva for design mock‑ups.
• Monitor competitor activity, platform updates and industry trends.
• Develop and execute end‑to‑end email and SMS strategies in Klaviyo, including automated flows and segmentation.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in performance marketing for ecommerce brands.
• Proven ability to manage large ad budgets and deliver profitable growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution and reporting.
• Hands‑on execution skills across paid social, search and lifecycle marketing.
