Customer Service Representative

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing dealer of commercial and residential playground and e‑commerce equipment, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative. The role is fully remote and involves handling inbound inquiries via email, chat, and phone while also proactively reaching out to prospects who have requested quotes.

Key responsibilities

• Answer product questions through email, chat, and phone.
• Respond to sales leads and customer requests.
• Identify and log trends in customer inquiries to improve digital content.
• Proactively contact customers who have requested quotes to move projects forward.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a professional demeanor.
• Team‑oriented, solutions‑focused, and able to take initiative.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of phone conversations.
• Ability to work from a quiet, professional home office.
